Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization - Overview

Nations with well developed, education and quality research systems aimed at meeting the growing challenges of scientific development to match and out pace their contemporaries, have gained prominence in the world. University of Agri. science its inception in 1961, established Directorate of Advanced Studies and Research, in 1976, under the University Act, 1973, the Directorate Advanced Studies and Research were bifurcated between two directorates i.e. Directorate of Research and Directorate of Advanced Studies vide Notification Endst.No. PS-6302-6400 Dated 02-03-1976.
