Central Hi-Tech Laboratory - Overview
The Central Hi-Tech Laboratory was established in 1997 at Faculty of Agriculture, University of agriculture, Faisalabad with the cooperation of Japan International Co-operation Agency (JICA). Initially, specialized and highly sophisticated equipments were provided by JICA to cater the research requirements of scientists/researchers from various departments / faculties of the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. Later on, new equipments were purchased through a Higher Education Commission funded project. The laboratory offers opportunities for scientific research that enable researchers to pursue research in disciplines of biological, chemical and physical sciences. Services are offered not only to the students and researchers from this university but also to other universities, research institutions, non-government organizations and industries. Nominal fee for each analysis is charged with special subsidized rates for students.
