Office of the Hall Warden - Overview

The office of the Hall Warden is assisted by three Associate Hall Wardens. Each hall is administrated locally by a Hall Superintendent assisted by one/two Assistant Superintendents who have to reside in Halls. Hall senate also arranges residence for students and staff on tours to University of Agriculture, Faisalabad from all over the country.

There are eighteen residential Halls that provide excellent accommodation for students. For male students, residential Halls are namely Qasim, Babar, Jinnah, Tariq, Ayub, Z.A. Hashmi, Kashmir, Faisal, Teepu, Qazzafi, Sir Syed, Liaqat, Afzal and Fateh Hall.

For female students three residential halls namely Fatima-tul-Zuhra, Khadija-tul-Kubra and Ayesha Siddiqua Hall. Khalid Hall is reserved for married students.

The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad is a residential University. The mandate being observed, pertaining to residential Halls is as follows.
  1. To provide accommodation in the University residential Halls to the students who have come from all over the country as well as from foreign countries.
  2. To maintain law and order in the residential Halls.
  3. To guide and facilitate the residential students and solving their day to day problems in the hostels.
  4. To provide economical, hygienic and nutritious food to the students in the hostels.
  5. The Hall Warden holds supervisory charge of residential Halls. To deal students matters all the residential Halls are divided in three components and each Associate Hall Warden Supervises the hostel matters of his respective component.
